The built in FTP client does not work with my service provider (or does not support SFTP) but I want to use the "Auto-Update" feature so what can I do?

You can use the "Save To Folder" option of the "Auto-Update" feature.

First you must mount the drive on your Mac or PC.

For MacOS:

  1. From the desktop, click Finder.
  2. Select the Go menu.
  3. Choose the Connect to Server option.
  4. Click Connect.
  5. Enter your Web Disk username and password when the system prompts you.
  6. Click Connect to open your Web Disk.
