There's a few different ways, but the easiest is:
- Select the "Manager" toolbar button
- Select all the rows in the list on the left (underneath "Display" label)
- Select the "Selected >>" button
- Select all the emails from the "To..." field, Copy and Paste.
You can also Choose File -> Export File, save it as "Excel" and open this file from within Excel. This file includes everything about each entry so you will then simply remove any columns as necessary.
