When looking at the game stat entry/input page, the pitching area has disappeared. How do I get that back?

This sounds like you may have unknowingly "collapsed" the pitching area. If this is true, here's how to fix:

If you hold you mouse near the bottom-middle of the window, the mouse cursor will change to a "cross with top/bottom arrows". Once it does, click and drag it up to show the stats.
